  Love it here. Moved in August 2017, and it's now November 2017. Really like the floor plans. There is plenty of parking. Quiet neighbors. The minor maintenance requests we have submitted were attended to very quickly - I think within a few days. However, there is room for improvement: 1) Even though these town homes have been here for over a year, there is still no street sign labeling Constance Ave, which may have something to do with the street still not showing up on Google or Apple Maps - I've been told "there is a plan in the works" for the developer to put up a sign. For now, we just tell people to turn on the unmarked, dark road across from Sherwood Oaks Christian Church, which will not be on their navigation 2) There are no street lights on the street in front of (Constance) or behind (alley - where all the garages are) the complex, so it is pitch black at night, even with everyone's porch lights on, so bring a flashlight if you want to be able to find your mailbox, take out the trash, or just generally walk around after dark. I asked management, and was told there is no plan for street lights. I was told that as the community is built up, other people's porch lights will help, so there are no plans for it to be lit like a normal suburban neighborhood 3) The dumpster is down a (dark) muddy road and seems to be unnecessarily far from the complex
