  ABC Academy & Teddy Bear, Thank you so much for being willing to work with me and getting my children enrolled into ABC Academy and Teddy Bear Day Care. We love your schools and caregivers and my kids have grown so much with you all already. They love going to ABC Academy and Teddy Bear Day Care and are learning so much. The learning environment is wonderful and everyone is so kind and helpful. I greatly appreciate all you have done for us. Thank you so much!! A Happy Parent!!!!

  After a few other preschools didn't meet our needs (only half day, far from our home), we enrolled both of our children at ABC/Teddy Bear and have been very pleased with the outcome. A recent particular event is worthy of specific mention and praise. A few months ago, our son told us that a few of the boys in his class were being 'mean' to him - we inquired at the school and they proactively tried to keep them in different play groups to mitigate some of the trouble. This was helpful for a few months, but then the same boys ended up getting our son on the ground outside during play time and refused to let him up until the teachers intervened. At 4 years old, this was a scary thing for our son to experience, so we approached the school to see what else could be done to prevent a similar incident. From that point on, I received consistent updates from the Director personally, and she relayed that the parents of the two boys would be contacted. Subsequently, we were contacted again and the parents of those boys had chosen to remove their kids from the school of their own accord. From our perspective, the staff and leadership did an exceptional job of managing what can only be described as 'bullying' in their classroom. They took gradual steps over time in attempts to resolve the situation and the end result was professional and satisfactory. It's imperative to small children that they feel safe in the classroom, and I feel like that is now the case thanks to their intervention and proactive approach. My thanks go out to the team at ABC, and we look forward to many more years with them as our children grow.
