  Kevin King is the BEST American Family agent in Monroe County HANDS DOWN! He goes above & beyond the call of duty to make sure his customers have a good experience. He returns missed calls immediately & provides after hours contact information - so you never have to call a 1-800 unless that's what you prefer. Many insurance agents have minimized their roles as large companies branch off into call center like departments, BUT Kevin is one agent that will not disappoint when it comes to customer service! And if he doesn't instantly know how to resolve a situation, he will persevere until it's figured out. He's not just an agent that actually cares, but he's one of the greatest people I've had the pleasure of meeting! He enjoys volunteering, so he's extremely involved in the community. If you live in or around Bloomington, you should definitely stop by his office or give him a call!
